We run in-person events and online book club meetings every 6 weeks focusing on books from a climate justice perspective. We hold our IRL events on Tuesday evenings.
Each event is ticketed at different price points (including free tickets!). This helps us to run the book club sustainably (venue costs, snacks, paying for organisers' time, extra bits + to stay completely independent).
Also, this is a climate justice book club, meaning that we will analyse the books we are reading from a socialist, anti-imperialist and anti-colonial perspective.

Housekeeping rules
No abuse to any members will be tolerated and if online, will result in automatic removal. We want this to be a safe space for marginalised identities — no racist, classist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, ableist comments will be allowed. Please treat one another with kindness and care. The book club is also a space that runs on good faith, not everyone will have the language to be able to express themselves, please avoid tone policing one another.
